Full of history and culture, perfect for walking and cycling, teeming with wildlife, covered in wildflowers, with award winning accommodation, food and drink. There is an 18 hole links golf course and wild trout fishing on the lochs.

For families, Colonsay is a paradise. The island provides an endless array of outdoor activities. From rock pooling, shrimping and building sandcastles to flying a kite and investigating mysterious standing stones. Our single track roads are great for family cycling.

All our team at Colonsay Holidays live and work on the island. We are the local experts who will ensure your holiday goes smoothly. We often have 3 generations holidaying together in our properties and some guests have been coming for decades, a testament to the personal service we offer!
