HOTEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Provisional bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 20% non-refundable deposit. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance, as the deposit is non-refundable. We recommend PJ Hayman's UK holiday cover, CancellationPlan. Bookings will remain firm provided the deposit is received within 5 days. The balance due must be received two weeks prior to the period booked and is also non-refundable. A reminder will be sent prior to this date. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival will be charged the full rate. Payment should be made by debit card or credit card (incurs 2% charge) or by electronic bank transfer (BACS).
Where the booking permits, any change to the arrival date, departure date or room type of the reservation is subject to the hotel's availability at the time the change is requested and may result in a possible rate change and a possible admin charge.
We allow 1 well behaved small dog in Dun Eibhinn and Whistlers bedrooms only for a charge of £30 per dog per stay.
